Had a self levelling system fitted to our motorhome at Bristol caravans.A totally professional service from my first contact by phone and all the way through the fitting of the system and to the final demonstration.I cannot recommend this company more highly, with out a doubt l would use them again and recommend as a top class company

After reading the excellent reviews I took my Coachman Lazer to Bristol Caravans for its habitation check. A thorough inspection revealed a few safety critical issues, which would probably be missed by others. Parts ordered and fitted for a very reasonably price, giving us confidence the van is safe for use.Tracey was very professional,keeping us updated on progress. I would definitely recommend Bristol Caravans,it’s an excellent set up for Caravans and Motorhomes. Luckily for us it’s on our doorstep,but there is a campsite literally on site if you are travelling from far away.

Family holiday saved by Elliot and his team! Started preparing our motorhome for Europe when we found that we had a leaking fuel tank 48 hours before our ferry was planned to depart. Contact Bristol Caravans and explained this to Elliot who asked me to take the van to them on the Wednesday evening . technician investigated Thursday morning all fixed and safely back on the road by Thursday afternoon.We are truly indebted to the Bristol Caravans team. We are really impressed with Bristol Caravans. We took our Motorhome to them to do a few jobs that, though small, were beyond our skill level! They carried them out perfectly and graciously, we have used them before with equally good results, and will use them for any future work on our Pilote Motorhome.

Brilliant company! It was great to discover this company three years ago when we had a Tesa levelling system installed on our motorhome. I have used them ever since for all our servicing and have just had an Amplo levelling system fitted by them. Their customer service is second to none, their technicians are very competent and explain things very well when required. I really feel comfortable knowing that our van is in good hands whenever it’s there.

Always great service from these guys. This time an annoying little job I couldn’t begin to do, a seal trim that had got loose and stopped the door working. Oakleigh and his team sorted us super quick and as ever, with a smile!

Great professional service. Being new to the world of caravanning and having recently purchased a second hand hand Swift Challenger we were looking for a reliable local business to inspect and service our caravan. Having checked through the local offerings using Google and examining quite a few reviews we decided to give Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes a try. Their premises are easy to reach and when we dropped our unit off we were impressed with the extensive and well equipped facilities and friendly service. Booked my motohome into fiat bristol to replace with feont control arms as noted as an advisory on the mot. Booked in 2 months in advance only to be told after Booked in they could not deal with it as it would not fit on thier ramp. We had a solar panel fitted and could not fault the experience. Communication was always clear and timely. It was clear they knew what they were doing. Also as this is our only vehicle I had to return by bus to Bristol. That’s easy, but a bit of a walk and they offered to take me to bus stop and pick me up from there on my return. Since January this year Bristol Caravans have rebuilt our semi automatic gearbox, fitted an Amplo self levelling system, rear view camera and done our habitation and cab services on our motorhome.All the above works have been completed to a very high standard .I would highly recommend Bristol Caravans. The whole team are professional, courteous and keep you well informed throughout the whole process.

Absolutely tip-top staff when we arrived to have the Ma-Ve levelling system installed we were offered a cup of tea straight away Tracey and Elliot were professional on-time and considerate to our needs and gave a full handover when we arrived thanks to the team and the engineer who installed also had and an excellent handover when we picked up we shall be using them again.

We stored our van here for quite a few years and found all the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. We had to have repairs done to our van on a number of times and issues and it was always done quickly and to an excellent standard. The storage yard itself has excellent security features and we never felt at all worried about leaving the van there. We met Tracey at the caravan and motorhome show in Feb 2024. We wanted to add a MA-VE leg stability kit to our motorhome and after speaking to many vendors, Tracey was the one that came across most genuine, helpful and not pushy.
