Very helpful searched for what wanted and bought the product

We were looking for self levelling for our motorhome. And from the first phone call all the people we spoke to were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And with Eliots help and advice we decided on the Amplo system the whole experience was painless. On collection Eliot took time to explain how the system worked and gave us a full demonstration. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bristol Caravans

Excellent communication from start to finish

Fabulous service from Elliot and the team right from the first enquiry through to having the work done on our motorhome. We are so happy with the AMPLO Hydraulic Levelling System installed and would definitely recommend Bristol Caravans and Motorhomesif you are thinking of having the same system fitted.

I can not fault the service received from BC&M from initial contact, to quote, to booking to have Amplo self levelling fitted, to picking up with a full demonstration the BC&M team were great. Highly recommend this Company.

I am pleased to say that we’ve now resolved the issues we were having with our inverter and all is working as it should be. Also, many many thanks to Nick for his time and patience in explaining to my husband what had to be done, he was a great help. I think it was all down to a misunderstanding about what workarounds my husband had done when our old inverter had failed , and what he had to make good. Great service from Bristol Caravans. Had AMPLO self levelling installed and the team from office staff to technician were great. Even loaned us a van to use whilst the work was being undertaken

Bristol caravans are clearly a well run and highly competent supplier of caravan and motorhome services. Excellent customer service provided from their ideally located premises just 10mins from M4/M5 junction. Very pleased with the work completed and I would firmly recommend to others.

First time at Bristol Caravans and the service from start to finish was very professional and efficient.Tracey booked me in for a free assessment to look at fitting a roof air con unit and Nick the engineer took time to go through all the available options and explained how the work would be carried out.I have every confidence they know their stuff.Will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

I cannot fault the service provided by the team at Bristol Caravans. We met them at the NEC show demonstrating the Amplo levelling system. Excellent service as usual from Oakleigh and his team. I had an annoying and difficult to track down electrical problem with my motorhome PSU, but the team persevered and resolved the issue. Thank you

From the very first initial contact Bristol caravans were professional courteous and efficient. We had air suspension.hydraulic levelling jacks.tow bar and a rear view camera fitted – nothing was too much trouble and the quality of work is excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and special thanks to Tracey and Eliot and the team for pulling out the stops to get us ready in time for our trip.

Can’t fault the service from beginning to end

We had an appointment to assess our motorhome for a levelling system. Unfortunately due to a large underslung gas tank our vehicle was not suitable. However the people at Bristol Caravans spent quite a while to make sure and explained why. From the receptionist to the technicians and manager everyone was professional and courteous. It was good to have such an honest opinion from people who were clearly knowledgeable about levelling products.

Being novice campervan owners, we thought about having a solar panel fitted, but had absolutely no idea what was available or suitable. The service is exceptional, staff are extremely polite & very professional.

We went to Bristol Caravan & Motorhomes to get a HY4 levelling system fitted to out camper van. When we went to collect, the levelling system wasn’t working properly, so they kept the van overnight so the guy from Alko (who arrived next day) could fix it. The ALKO guy did his thing & the camper was duly delivered back to us….levelling system still not working, despite being tested & being Ok previously.
