We recently had the Amplo self-levelling system fitted by Bristol Caravans and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.The installation was completed to a very high standard and the system works brilliantly. I did have a minor issue afterwards, but their aftersales service was outstanding — they resolved it quickly and without any hassle.It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about customer service. I would highly recommend Bristol Caravans to anyone considering an Amplo self-levelling system.

We had air bags fitted to our motorhome and they make a big difference in the way it handles on the motorway and also on country roads its quieter and less roll. Having the airbags on the leaf spring also helps if we need to lift the rear of motorhome for better ground clearance at some sites.

For 4 years I have had my Autotrail Mohawk looked after by “Bristol Caravans part of ACORNCO Ltd”, just north of Bristol.I have only praise for them – they are brilliant. I recently dealt with Bristol Caravans and specifically Tracey. I found them to be super helpful regarding a Motorhome self levelling system and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had an amplo self leveling system supplied and fitted to my motorhome. My experience with Bristol Caravans and Motorhome Service was outstanding. From my 1st enquiry to completion. I was there 2 days and stayed over night in the campsite next to the workshop. All staff were very helpful. Visited the NEC last October and saw the Amplo Levelling System in action. Oakleigh gave us all the information we needed to make our decision, even some history and background on the Manufacturer Amplo. We were very impressed and decided to go ahead. Eliot and Tracey on site back in Bristol were extremely professional. We are not local and left our Motorhome with them. Fabulous service from Elliot and the team right from the first enquiry through to having the work done on our motorhome. I can not fault the service received from BC&M from initial contact, to quote, to booking to have Amplo self levelling fitted, to picking up with a full demonstration the BC&M team were great. Highly recommend this Company.

I am pleased to say that we’ve now resolved the issues we were having with our inverter and all is working as it should be. Also, many many thanks to Nick for his time and patience in explaining to my husband what had to be done, he was a great help. Bristol caravans are clearly a well run and highly competent supplier of caravan and motorhome services. Excellent customer service provided from their ideally located premises just 10mins from M4/M5 junction. Very pleased with the work completed and I would firmly recommend to others.

First time at Bristol Caravans and the service from start to finish was very professional and efficient.Tracey booked me in for a free assessment to look at fitting a roof air con unit and Nick the engineer took time to go through all the available options and explained how the work would be carried out.I have every confidence they know their stuff.Will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

I cannot fault the service provided by the team at Bristol Caravans. We met them at the NEC show demonstrating the Amplo levelling system. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The job was done in a timely manner and ALL the staff were accommodating. I would confidently take my camper van there for any repairs or additions
