For 4 years I have had my Autotrail Mohawk looked after by “Bristol Caravans part of ACORNCO Ltd”, just north of Bristol.
I have only praise for them – they are brilliant. They have done the scheduled servicing, MOT, several habitation surveys and repairs, which required specific parts ordered from Autotrail – and tricky technical dashboard electrical and gas refrigerator faults. They have also done for me a full outside clean, which is one of their services, and they made aka The Beast look absolutely fabulous after it was green from wintering under trees. And they are always ready to give informed advice. They also give me full warning and ask for agreement for any expensive work that needs to be done.
The staff, from workshop to office, are kind, courteous, and immensely professional.
Their facility is easy to get to, both from Bristol and further, because it’s just near the M4/M5 junction. Also, which was useful for me to as a singleton, it’s on a bus route and reasonably priced taxi from Bristol centre.
Their facility is kept very clean and tidy, and their reception would be pleasant to be in if one had a long wait. Or one could have a nice walk in the country lanes around them!
