Before Assessment for a Levelling system my motorhome was visually checked ensuring no damage before being handed over to staff for actual assessment. After completion a detailed recommendation with all options and prices was given.
Once I’d decided to go ahead a set of dates were offered for the work to be completed, a deposit taken and later free use of the CL site for the duration.
On arrival on the day the motorhome was again checked and the proposed work details discussed…the fitting took two full days, which was explained and expected. At the end of the first day the MH was handed back to me for overnight use and returned to following morning. At the completion of the work, a full demonstration and explanation of operation etc was given. Payment was easy via BACS for me.
This was a hot weather period and I was made to feel very welcome when I and my dog took time in the shop/reception to stay cool and where I could use to WC as there are no facilities on site and obvioulsy no access to my MH. A lift was offered several times to the bus stop or local if I needed anything and coffee was also offered each time I went to the reception.
All in All, excellent service from a very professional and friendly team.
