So pleased that Google directed me to Bristol Caravans. We were staying at Baltic Wharf site and unfortunately discovered 2 issues that were of great concern with our motorhome. On arrival at Bristol Caravan’s site we were dealt with a willing but professional team who couldn’t have done more. Can recommend 100% and we fully intend to return in the future.

Had great service from them, very professional. They done exactly what they said they were going to do. Went for the Amplo Italian Self levelling kit on my Mercedes Sprinter. This product is much better and easier to use than the last 2 systems that I have had fitted on previous motorhomes. 1st one being an HPC from Bristol Tow Bars, didn’t get on with it at all. 2nd was MA-VE better than the HPC kit but this AMPLO is far more superior. Would recommend to anyone!

Five star service at its best! I don’t often leave feedback but the help, support, guidance and the quality of work undertaken by Bristol Caravan and Motorhomes on our new-to-us motorhome has been outstanding these last few weeks. We are in season 2 of our new adventure and had been disappointed elsewhere with the quality of service provided to us. Great!! We’ve just had a self levelling system fitted on our new motorhome and the service and support we received was superb.Friendly professional staff who explained everything and were happy to help at every stage.Based on our experience we would definitely recommend.

We bought our first motorhome about 15 months ago and quickly discovered that Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes were the go-to-place for all maintenance, service and repairs. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Their charges are reasonable and they keep you updated on the work that they are undertaking. Highly recommended.

Excellent service provided by Bristol Caravans (BC): following an initial inspection a quotation was provided to replace two defective hydraulic self-levelling rams/pistons. The work was subsequently undertaken ahead of schedule and almost exactly to the quote. A special ‘thank you’ to Tracy at BC who provided a warm and friendly welcome and ultimately kept me informed of progress. She made dealing with BC easy and is a credit to their team. Thank you!

I really can’t say enough about the level of service we received from Bristol Caravans and Motorhomes this week. We had a problem develop with our MA-VE levelling jacks and were worried we could be delayed reaching our daughters wedding or worse be stuck with the jacks down and in a really bad situation! Oakleigh, the owner and Tracey on reception were fantastic as was the technician who swiftly repaired the system.
