We have been staying on the lovely Hortham Farm caravan site, Almondsbury for a couple of weeks and had an issue with the water pump today. I went into Bristol Caravans which is on site and asked for advice. They freely gave advice that it could be air in the system and advised how I could bleed the system which initially seemed to work.. A few minutes later I could hear the pump on again for no reason and water leaking – Quickly identified a leak from a pipe connector and turned the system off. I went back to speak to Bristol Caravans and they were extremely helpful and came immediately and had a look, drained the system, put a new connector on, refilled the system and checked everything was working ok
Really excellent service will definitely be using them to look after our motorhome in future.
