We went to Bristol Caravan & Motorhomes to get a HY4 levelling system fitted to out camper van.
When we went to collect, the levelling system wasn’t working properly, so they kept the van overnight so the guy from Alko (who arrived next day) could fix it.
The ALKO guy did his thing & the camper was duly delivered back to us….levelling system still not working, despite being tested & being Ok previously.
Bristol Caravans then arranged to have the van collected whilst the ALKO guy installed a new control system, which has done the trick.
Throughout the problems caused by a faulty unit supplied to Bristol Caravans, they tried to be as helpful as possible, minimising inconvenience to us
I am happy to say now the control unit has been replaced the system appears to be working well.
