Between finding the time, sorting travel, and fitting everything around daily life, it’s easy to put it off. That’s why we’ve launched our brand-new collection and delivery service, designed to make looking after your motorhome completely hassle-free.
🧑🔧 We Come to You
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange a collection time that suits you. Whether your motorhome is parked at home or stored at a secure facility, we can usually collect from most locations, we will need to arrange to meet you with the vehicle for a hand over.
Our friendly driver Rob is fully insured, qualified, and experienced with all sizes of motorhomes, including larger vehicles over 5 tonnes. When he arrives, he’ll carry out a full video walkaround of your vehicle, which we’ll share with you for total peace of mind.
Then it’s straight back to our workshop near the M4/M5 corridoor. Your motorhome will be stored safely in our secure, on-site facilities while we complete the work.
🔐 Safe, Insured and Kept in the Loop
From the moment we collect your vehicle to the moment it’s returned, your motorhome is in expert hands. We’re fully insured for collection and delivery and your vehicle stays on our Bristol site for the full duration of its visit.
We’ll also keep you updated throughout the process. If you’d like, Rob can even demonstrate the completed work when he drops your motorhome back to you.
⛽ What You’ll Need to Know Before Collection
To help everything run smoothly, please make sure your motorhome has enough fuel for the journey to and from our workshop. If we do need to top up during transit, we’ll record it clearly and add the cost to your final invoice.
We can only drive vehicles that have a valid MOT and tax, so double-check those before booking. If you’re unsure, just give us a call we can discuss alternative transport options if needed.
🧽 Add a Little Extra Shine
When the work’s complete, your motorhome will be returned in the same condition it was collected. But if you’d like it looking extra fresh, we also offer optional extras such as an exterior wash and wax or a full interior clean at a discounted rate of 20% when booked alongside your upgrade.
🕒 Flexible Around Your Travel Plans
We know how important your motorhome adventures are. If you’ve got a trip planned, just let us know when booking.We’ll do our best to work around your schedule or pause the job so you don’t miss out.
And if you decide you’d rather drop your vehicle off yourself, that’s absolutely fine too. Just give us a quick call with 48 hours notice so we can update the diary.
