The EP or E&P caravan levelling system is the original levelling system introducted into the UK in 2007. Today it is fitted as standard at the factory by some caravan manufacturers.
The E&P Caravan Levelling System can also be fitted after you take delivery of your caravan.
The EP or E&P caravan levelling system is made in Holland.
E&P is owned by AL-KO the chassis manufacturer.
The E&P Caravan Levelling system is the only levelling system approved by AL-KO for their chassis systems.
The EP or E&P caravan levelling system includes:
- 2x Hydraulic axle rams
- 4x Hydraulic corner steadies
- 1x Hydraulic pump
- 1x Control module
- Hydraulic hoses
- Hydraulic fluid
- Control panel
A great question, but unfortuately not a straight forward answer.
As the original corner steadies need to be removed to install the E&P levelling system, which includes new larger hydraulic corner steadies, the specific weight depends on the weight of the corner steadies being removed.
But, an approximate weight is less than 30KG
Approximately 1 day.
This is subject to a pre-install inspection.
If you need an overnight stay, we offer a Free stay on our Late Pitch, which is gravel hard standing with coin operated 230v hook-up.
We believe any mechanical assembly requires an annual check / service.
If you are only booking a caravan levelling service we charge 1.5 hours, plus any parts required.
If you book a Caravan Sevice and add an E&P Caravan Levelling service, we reduce the caravan levelling service to 1 hour plus parts.
