So bear with us it might take some time!
When a part is broken or fails it can be a nightmare if you are away, and if it’s an intermittent fault, that’s another level of pain.
Step 1. Fault Diagnostics
This is dependant on the fault being presented, if it’s a known fault we can book you in with a realistic diagnostic / fix time. But if we need to start from scratch, we book an initial hour. We then update as the fault finding process unfolds.
We ask that you strip the inside of your vehicle if we are working in that area.
If the fault is intermittent speak to the office to build a plan, ideally we want to see the vehicle with the fault.
Step 2. Part Identification
Vehicle manufacturers generally support parts for their vehicles for 10 years. The leisure vehicle industry is not like the Motor Industry (cars) with clear robust supply chains. Parts are imported and distributed by smaller companies. Finding the right supplier can take time.
