NEW collection and delivery service for your motorhome or campervan- prices from £99

If you’re having an upgrade on your vehicle, our new hassle-free service means you can stay at home and avoid the drive to our service centre at the M4/M5 intersection. 

Our professional driver Rob Housham will come and collect your vehicle at a time to suit you, either from your home or from where your vehicle is stored. He’ll drive straight back to our workshops in Bristol and when the work is completed, return the vehicle to you.

Our Collection & Delivery Service Explained

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange a convenient time to collect your motorhome from your home or storage site. We can collect from most residential addresses or storage facilities, we will need to meet you and your vehicle for handover. 

At pickup, Rob, our driver, will carry out a full video walkaround of your vehicle, which we’ll share with you for complete peace of mind. Your motorhome is then delivered directly to our workshop.

Rob brings over 40 years of driving experience, holding a clean licence with no points and an impeccable safety record, never having been charged with any driving offences. His career spans global management roles across the aerospace industry in the USA, South Korea, India, and the EU, where attention to detail and professionalism were key.

Rob combines his experience as a high-value customer manager with his lifelong passion for motoring. A genuine enthusiast who appreciates iconic automotive marques, he treats every vehicle with the same care and respect he would his own.

We have secure on-site storage and workshop facilities. Your motorhome will be carefully handled throughout its stay, ensuring it remains safe and protected while in our care.

For example, if you are having a levelling system fitted then the vehicle would be with us for 2 days. However, if you are having a lithium battery upgradthis would mean the vehicle could be with us for 3 days. 

In an ideal world we would know travel plans before arranging the booking. However emergencies happen, if you need your vehicle urgently give us a call and we can rearrange. 

Yes. For larger jobs, your vehicle may be moved securely between our workshop areas but never off-site without your knowledge or consent.

Make sure your motorhome has enough fuel for collection and return. If we need to add fuel during transit, we’ll keep a clear record and the cost will be added to your final invoice. Fuel used during transport isn’t included in the service price.

We can only drive vehicles that have a valid MOT and are fully taxed. Our collection and delivery service is fully insured, ensuring your motorhome is protected from the moment we collect it until it’s safely returned. If you’re unsure about any details, please don’t hesitate to give us a call -we’ll be happy to help.

We return your motorhome in the same condition it was collected. If you’d like to give it a bit of extra attention, we also offer exterior wash and wax services, as well as interior valeting, which can be added to your booking.

If there’s an engine management light or any known fault, please let us know before collection. We’ll carefully assess whether it’s safe to drive and, if necessary, arrange an alternative transport solution to ensure your motorhome is moved safely and securely without any risk.

We take every precaution to ensure safe collection and delivery. In the unlikely event of an issue, we’ll handle it professionally, and our insurance covers any damage caused while your vehicle is in our care.

Of course! If you’d rather bring your vehicle in yourself, even if we originally planned to collect it- just let us know and we’ll update the diary.
