What We Need
We are looking for a self-motivated motorhome service advisor and team player, with a positive can-do approach to life and work. This exciting opportunity will suit somebody with an interest in vehicles, and people, who enjoys the challenge of working outside the norm. Customer interaction forms part of the role, therefore presentation and high quality communication are essential. We are working towards a paperless environment, which means you will need to be computer literate and comfortable reporting observations through IT, text, video and photos. The successful candidate will use their initiative, take pride in their work, welcome a varied workload and can work to timescales. Ability to adapt to the company’s needs, be comfortable with change, and have the ability to prioritise tasks are attributes we seek.
You are probably working in a workshop or trade support role. You might not have qualifications, but you want to feel valued as part of a successful team, where someone says “thank you” for your work.
The Job
Motorhome service advisor is an office based role. Typically the role supports a customer, as their vehicle journey’s through our workshop, example process:
Meet & Greet customer
Inspect vehicle at drop off
Set up details on our system (customer, vehicle, job)
De-code customer description of faults
Offer additional services
Raise job card with description that empowers technical staff to fix an issue
Accept jobs cards back into the office, raise an invoice
Raise an estimate for items identified during a service
Talk customer through findings
Take payment
Follow up for testimonial
Manage feedback
Other tasks include:
Parts: Order, accept and move stock
Communication: Keep customers informed (email, phone, in-person)
Admin: CRM, Diary, IT systems

Pay
£13.00 per hour. Subject to experience.
Job Type
This is a permanent position for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
A Monday to Friday role with Saturday morning overtime rota required if requested during our busiest periods (April to September).
