Here are a few great reasons to buy from Bristol Caravans:
We keep an eye on the market price for each particular caravan or motorhome we sell. Whilst we might not always be the cheaperst to the penny, we are probably close. This means you can confidently come to view a new or pre-loved caravan or motorhome, knowing that the price is fair. Less haggle, means less hassel.
We do not keep caravans, motorhomes or camper vans that do not come up to the high standards we set. If we cannot confidently repair the vehicle, it is traded out. We are only as good as our last sale, it is in our interest and your interest to find, and retail quality vehicles.
All pre-loved vehicles are sold with a minimum of 6 months warranty, we use a national warranty company, which means if you have live in Scotland, your local repairer can make the claim for you.
We are a small company, with family values, we want to look after you, so you feel confident to return, and hopefully recommend us. We are human, and aspire to our values:
Here is a good example from our workshop. A new customer booked a five year old motor home in for Habitation Service. During the service, we were unable to obtain a LPG flue reading from the fridge, so we investigated. The image below shows the gap between the fridge flu system and the vent. This is how it left the factory, and was missed by the company who completed the PDI and the last 4 services! The second image shows the completed repair. Quick fix, no charge to the customer, but now the Fridge gases are routed correctly, to the outside of the vehicle. Thank you Tony for identifying the fault, completing, and taking the photo’s without asking – above and beyond!
