We are keen to help and support, but due to previous claims where costs have not been fully recovered, we have amended our working process and terms.
Bristol Caravans agree to submit a manufacturer’s warranty claim subject to the following terms:
The customer is a service customer, where the service has been paid in the year of the claim.
An initial one hour investigation is completed (where needed) and paid by the customer.
The customer agrees to cover any gap between the warranty labour & our retail labour rate / time.
The customer agrees to cover additional parts required to complete the repair, but not covered by the warranty.
Any costs not covered by a warranty claim.
Admin fee of £50 per claim may be applied.
If the customer requests the repair is completed before claim authorised / paid by the warranty company, we request fully payment in advance.
